Who can use Bloom
Bloom is intended for people aged 18 or older. The app does not require an account, and Bloom does not ask for your name, email address, or contacts.
Information stored on your device
Your preferences and selected categories are stored on your device. Favorites and custom affirmations are also stored locally; on iOS, Bloom can sync them through Apple iCloud Key-Value storage when iCloud is available and enabled. On Android, this information stays on your device; Bloom does not provide an account or cloud backup.
Analytics and installation identifiers
Bloom uses PostHog on iOS and Android to measure product use. It receives events such as onboarding completion, category selection, paywall views, and confirmation of the widget tutorial, together with a random Bloom installation ID and related app or experiment details. PostHog is configured without screen recording, session replay, automatic screen views, or automatic interaction capture.
AppsFlyer and Meta SDKs are used to measure app installations and campaign performance. Bloom creates a random installation ID and may share it and app events with these services. On Android, the SDKs may also use the Android advertising ID (AAID/AD_ID), subject to your device settings. Bloom does not display ads in the app.
Tracking choices on iOS
Bloom asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you allow tracking, AppsFlyer and Meta may use the IDFA and related app activity for campaign attribution across apps and services. If you do not allow it, Bloom does not collect or share your IDFA; measurement may continue using other, limited signals that do not rely on the IDFA. You can change your choice in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
Advertising ID on Android
You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID in your device's Settings under Privacy or Ads; menu names vary by Android version and device. You can also turn off ad-personalization options there. Bloom does not use the advertising ID to show ads in the app.
Subscriptions and payments
Apple App Store or Google Play processes subscription payments, depending on your device. Bloom does not receive your full payment card details. RevenueCat receives an app-specific identifier and purchase or subscription information to validate access to Premium and restore purchases. Bloom may associate this information with the random installation ID and experiment details used to understand subscription flows.
Sharing and sale of information
Bloom does not sell your personal information. The service providers described above process information to provide payment management, analytics, and campaign measurement under their own privacy terms. Bloom does not send your saved or custom affirmations to its analytics or advertising providers.
Deleting your information
You can delete favorites and custom affirmations in Bloom. Uninstalling the app removes its local data from your device; iOS iCloud data may need to be removed or managed separately in your Apple account settings. To request deletion of information associated with your installation or service records, email hola@purafama.cl from the app's support address and include your Bloom installation ID if available. We will process requests for information under our control within 30 days. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, PostHog, AppsFlyer, and Meta may retain information under their own policies and processes.
